It can be used for more than one occasion, for example with your BBQ, as salad dressing or as a cold sauce to dip your veggies into.

Oh, the hassle of making your own garlic dip; having to peel the thing, press it into a garlic press and try your best only to notice there is way too much of the good stuff and having to begin all over. No, enough of that, all you need to do here is add 3 dl of sourcream, crème fraiche or natural yoghurt and you’re done!
